Our house is located on the south end of Lake Tenkiller, near Gore, Oklahoma. Both Fin and Feather Resort and Soda Steve's Restaurant are within walking distance. The Tenkiller Dam can be seen from the large front porch, which we love to hang out on. The closest marinas are Strayhorn Marina and Pine Cove, less than eight miles away, which can also be seen from the front porch. These marinas both offer boat rentals and a day ramp if you want to bring your own boat. Our house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a master bath, including a rain shower and a jacuzzi tub with a 40" flat screen television. The guest rooms are located across the living space and share a bathroom with a combo tub/shower. The front guest room as a bunk bed with a full size mattress on bottom and a twin size mattress on top. The back guest room has a queen size bed. The property is situated directly across the road from our larger cabin. . The hut has a back deck overlooking the Tenkiller dam area. It is also within reach of such areas as Tenkiller State Park, Pine Cove Marina and the various restaurants in the area such as Big Daddy's and Soda Steve's. Bab's Bungalow is a private 500 sq ft property on 20 acres of secluded woodland on Lake Tenkiller. Your stay includes access to a spring fed stocked pond. Centrally located between Burnt Cabin and Barnacle Bill's. Access to 900 sq ft deck on the back of my home overlooking the pond and woods. You can faintly hear Party Cove from my place. All visitors say it's so peaceful. Even on the busiest of weekends. Also, fire pit areas by Bungalow and pond. Many areas to rest and relax on the property. Great for smores or enjoying nature at it's finest. I've lived here for decades. I can help you with brochures, boat rentals, kayaking, paddle boards, jet skis and local entertainment. The property contains a 2 acre private pond with fish and row boat for fishing or fun. Also one 12 ft angler kayak for rent $20/hr. Sleeps 4 adults. Primitive camping available as well. Bab's Bungalow includes a mini-fridge and coffee bar. I will cook for you for an additional service fee with advance notice. There is no kitchen in the Bungalow. There is a outdoor BBQ grill and electric access on deck for cooking meals and wash tubs in the great outdoors. Pots and pans not available. If you forget something I probably have it on hand/loan. I will be happy to help get you situated upon arrival. There are 2 marinas close for lunch, dinner and entertainment. Restaurants within 15 to 20 miles of scenic routes. A doe and her two fawns are known to frequent the deer feeder behind the home, as are a raccoon, ground hogs and chipmunks. The deer also like to swim from our banks over to nearby islands. This is a 34 foot cabin cruiser, that sleeps up to six adults , moored at the Marina. The reservation does not include driving the boat. There are options of cruises and excursions available.
